It did not get released or chart in the UK or US. The song peaked at number one on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart in the United States for 2 weeks.[1] It also managed to chart on the Pop 100 peaking at number 77, and would stay on that chart for only 2 nonconsecutive weeks.[2]

The song has an official remix featuring Cashis in the place of 50 Cent and a new verse from Eminem.

The song refers to Interscope chairman Jimmy Iovine, and it also mentions how he allegedly had sexual relations with Mariah Carey.
